When you read reviews of this lens, it is sometimes rated a bit lower than some alternatives, but you really get great quality for the price. It’s great for capturing wildlife, distant details, or compressing landscapes for a more dramatic look. Even though it has a long zoom range, it’s still lightweight and fits easily in my camera bag. The built-in image stabilization helps keep shots steady, especially when zoomed in, and it works really well with my Canon EOS R50.
