Coastal Escapes: Brazil’s Beaches Through My Lens
Brazil’s coastline is vast and varied, stretching over 7,000 kilometers from the equator to the southern tip of the continent. But my connection to its beaches is more personal than geographic—it’s shaped by years of returning to the same stretch of sand, soaking in the sun, the surf, and the slow rhythm of coastal life.
This section focuses on the beaches I’ve come to know best, especially along the North Coast of São Paulo state. Places like Juquehy and Barra do Una have become familiar ground, each with its own personality—some lively, others serene, all surrounded by lush Atlantic forest.
