Places in Brazil

Not every destination fits neatly into a category like beach, city, or nature — some are a mix of all three, or something else entirely. This section is where I share photos, stories, and impressions from the towns, islands, and other unique places I’ve visited in Brazil since 2006.

Here you’ll find historic towns like Paraty, remote island escapes like As Ilhas, and spots that stand out for their atmosphere, character, or location. Some places are well-known, others barely marked on the map — but all have something that made me stop, explore, and want to share.

As always, this is not a guide or review site. It’s simply my way of documenting the places that left a mark on me — through photography, a few notes, and the mood of the moment.
