Stiftelsen Haugesjøen

Stiftelsen Haugesjøen is a Norwegian foundation based in Haugesund, established in 1981 with the mission to support young adults in gaining work experience and skills through preparatory job training and social activities. The foundation operates in a maritime environment and places a special emphasis on preserving coastal culture, including historic boats and boathouses. Its programmes aim to help participants build confidence, practical skills, and better opportunities for future education or employment.
